I’d suggest you sneak in some chicken salt but I’m pretty sure the staff would catch you and it’d be hard to explain that you were merely following the advice of a food blogger that’s not even in Sydney’s top 150.

Jazz City Milk Bar, Darlinghurst
Both were very good by themselves, but combined in one bite with a slight dip into maple syrup? Scrumptous. Something about all the different flavours and textures working in harmony created the most fantastic food party in my mouth.

Memphis Wings offers something they call ‘ass burner hot sauce.’

Moo Gourmet Burgers, Newtown
This is one of those burgers that you need to squash down slightly and eat with your hands. Moo provides a knife and fork which I guess you can use to stir your milkshake.
Chur Burger, Surry Hills
The BBQ sauce swirled with the fennel mayonaise to make a lethal concoction in my mouth that I haven’t experienced since the first time I tried fennel mayonaise with bbq sauce. Yes, the combination was so good that I couldn’t think of an example strong enough to explain how unique the taste was.
